Glenn's Yacht Cleaning reserves the right to add, change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any such change, update or amendment will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services. We recommend that you regularly check these Terms and Conditions for changes.

PRIVACY
 

Glenn's Yacht Cleaning uses personal information such as your name, address, e-mail, telephone number only for the shipment of products. Personal information passed on to us will never be sold or shared with third parties.

ACCOUNT

If you create an account on the Services, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password and to protect and restrict access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

OUR PRODUCTS
 

Confirmation of your order means that Glenn's Yacht Cleaning has received your order request.

It does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

 

Glenn's Yacht Cleaning always tries to keep items in stock and up to date. We check the availability and price of an item before it ships. If the correct price of an item is higher than the stated price or if the item is no longer available, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation by email.

Payment

The prices shown are stated in euros. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery costs.

 

We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Bank Contact, Visa and Mastercard Credit Card.

Delivery
 

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. Once the order has been received, you can return the item(s) by following our return policy. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for order processing and verification.

For international orders, please allow a minimum of 3-9 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery charges at checkout (including return costs). Glenn's Yacht Cleaning does not charge, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, duties or charges other than shipping charges at checkout.

Purchased items are delivered worldwide by our standard delivery service DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as we have no control over this.

We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders.

DURING THE SALE PERIODS

• Returning or exchanging discounted products

  It is possible that your order is canceled due to products that are not in stock. During our sale period we have a lot of traffic on our website. That means a product may appear in stock, but may be purchased by another customer at the same time. Our apologies for this misunderstanding.
   

• Replenishment of discounted products
  
  We never guarantee that a product will be back in stock. 
   

• Didn't receive a confirmation email
  
  If you don't receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service at info@glennsyachtcleaning.nl

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)

Glenn's Yacht Cleaning will make every effort to deliver the ordered item(s) complete and in good condition. We are not responsible for missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company. If the delivered item(s) are damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Glenn's Yacht Cleaning offers you the option to return certain items within 30 days of purchase. All items must still be in their packaging and unused, with all original labels still attached. Items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Glenn's Yacht Cleaning reserves the right to return any product that does not meet these conditions. Any costs incurred by the customer to return a ​​product are non-refundable. When returning products, please make sure the delivery is traceable as we are not responsible for any damage or loss by the delivery company. Once we have received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.

 

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Glenn's Yacht Cleaning reserves the right to monitor any use of the Services. Glenn's Yacht Cleaning also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services and/or materials.

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Glenn's Yacht Cleaning with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings and representations, whether written, oral or otherwise.
